Production Manager, Tile & Shingle | SUNVEK Roofing | Phoenix, AZ

You know how to keep crews on schedule, materials on site, and inspections passed the first time. You’ve dealt with monsoon season, a 115° tear-off, and a homeowner walking the roof with you at closeout. If that’s you, we want to talk.

You’ll own tile, shingle, and low-slope production from contract to closeout. That means:
- Crew schedules and daily job assignments
- Material orders and deliveries, on time and on budget
- Quality checks during the job, not just at the end
- Final walkthroughs with homeowners
- Safety on every roof, every day
- Job data in ServiceTitan
You bring:
- 4+ years in residential roofing
- 2+ years managing tile and/or shingle installs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Phoenix-area codes and inspections
- Solid OSHA knowledge and a clean safety record
ServiceTitan experience, military service in a construction or engineering MOS, or a track record of improving how a production team works are all a plus.
